These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the StorySeeds AI application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Jacob Wikingellis ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

1.1 Adult Use and Parental Responsibility

StorySeeds AI is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Only adults may create accounts, purchase subscriptions, and manage settings.

By creating an account, you represent that you:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Are a parent or legal guardian of any child using the Service, or have legal authority to consent on the child’s behalf

1.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Free Trials

2.1 Subscription Plans

StorySeeds AI is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Monthly Subscription: USD $4.99 per month

• Annual Subscription: USD $39.99 per year

Prices may change in the future. Any changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required by law.

2.2 Free Trial (Annual Plan Only)

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial.

• You will not be charged if you cancel before the end of the free trial period.

• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your annual subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at USD $39.99.

2.3 Grace Period

A 16-day grace period may be provided following a failed payment or subscription lapse.

During the grace period:

• Access to certain features may be limited or temporarily suspended

• We may attempt to process payment again

If payment is not successfully completed by the end of the grace period, your subscription may be canceled.

3. Billing and Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Billing is handled through third-party app stores or payment processors (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), and their terms may also apply.

• You are responsible for managing cancellations through the platform where you subscribed.

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial, family use in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service

• Circumvent parental controls or safety features

• Use the Service to collect or share personal data about children

5. Child Safety and Parental Controls

StorySeeds AI is built with child safety as a core principle.

• Children do not create accounts or enter payment information

• Personalization features are optional and controlled by parents

• Access to parental settings is protected by child-resistant mechanisms

Parents are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and materials within StorySeeds AI are owned by or licensed to Love Wild Rivers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Content

If the Service allows you or your child to input text or preferences:

• You retain ownership of your content

• You grant us a limited license to process the content solely to provide the Service

We do not use children’s personal content to train generalized AI models.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

• Update or modify features

• Suspend or discontinue parts of the Service

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when required.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated

• Required payments are not made

• Use poses a risk to child safety, security, or legal compliance

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or app store settings.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Wild Rivers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Wild Rivers from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
