An online casino client was operating on an older backend platform with limited CRM capabilities. Moving its existing data and workflows into a major CRM platform with advanced automation and agentic functionality would have been expensive, time-consuming, and operationally disruptive.
Even after migration, an off-the-shelf CRM would still need extensive configuration and customization to fit the way the business actually operated.

SOLUTION
Rather than forcing the business to adapt to someone else's platform, we built a custom CRM from the ground up around the client's existing operation.
AI and agentic capabilities were integrated throughout the system rather than added later as separate tools. This allowed the platform to support the client's specific workflows, data, processes, and operational requirements without the complexity of adapting a general-purpose enterprise CRM.
The result was a purpose-built system that combined CRM functionality, automation, and AI agents while avoiding a costly migration to a large off-the-shelf platform.
